Effective as of: 31 / 7 / 2026

1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service and Use apply to the counseling, discussion, coaching, and wellness services provided by Alexandria Dereri (hereinafter “Service Provider”), as well as to the use of the website.

By using the website or booking a service, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Content of Services

The Service Provider offers personalized counseling, consultation, and wellness services in person and/or remotely.

The goal of the services is to support the client’s well-being, self-awareness, and personal growth. The services do not replace the examination, treatment, or crisis services provided by a physician, psychiatrist, or other healthcare professional, unless the service in question is specifically a healthcare service.

3. Appointments

Appointments can be made via the online service, email, or by phone.

The appointment is binding once the client has received confirmation.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the information provided when making the appointment is accurate.

4. Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made after this deadline or missed appointments may be charged the full cost of the appointment.

Sudden illnesses or other force majeure circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Late Arrival

If the customer arrives late, the appointment will end according to the original schedule, and no credit will be given for the unused time.

If the Service Provider is late or needs to reschedule the appointment, the customer will be offered a new appointment time at no additional cost.

6. Payments

Services are billed in accordance with the current price list.

Payment is made using the agreed-upon payment method. Any late payments may be subject to late payment interest in accordance with the Interest Act, as well as reasonable collection costs.

7. Confidentiality

All discussions with the client are treated as confidential.

Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, unless there is a legal obligation or right to do so.

8. Remote Appointments

Remote services are provided via a secure connection.

The client is responsible for participating in the session from a quiet and private space and for ensuring their own internet connection and equipment are in working order.

The service provider is not responsible for problems arising from the client’s equipment or internet connection issues.

9. Client Responsibility

The client participates in the service voluntarily and is responsible for their own decisions and the consequences thereof.

The success of the service requires the client’s active participation.

10. Crisis Situations

This service is not an on-call or crisis service.

If a client is experiencing suicidal thoughts, a serious mental health crisis, or any other emergency, they must immediately contact the emergency number 112 or their local on-call service.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is responsible for providing the service with due care and professionalism.

The Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages or for consequences resulting from the customer’s own decisions or factors outside the scope of the service.

These terms and conditions do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights.

12. Processing of Personal Data

The customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Further details regarding the processing of data are provided in the company’s privacy policy.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

The website’s content, materials, exercises, guides, videos, and other resources are the property of the Service Provider or their respective rights holders.

They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

14. Changes to the Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to update these terms due to changes in legislation or the development of services.

The current terms are available on the company’s website.
